Production operations

Production operations that complete your surface treatment project

We help solve the steps that determine the smooth progress of an industrial order: fixtures for atypical parts, handling, hanging, masking, grinding, puttying, assembly, final assembly, packaging and follow-up to surface treatments. The goal is less handoff between suppliers and more control over the outcome.

Scope of manufacturing operations

It is not a one-size-fits-all production. These are practical operations that keep the order under control.

In the case of industrial orders, risk also arises outside the surface treatment technology itself: during handling, hanging, surface preparation, masking, assembly, packaging or shipping. That's why we deal with selected production operations so that the order does not needlessly pass between several suppliers.

Fixtures for atypical parts

We design and prepare auxiliary solutions for hanging, handling, positioning or repeated production of atypical parts.

Pre-production preparation

Masking, grinding, puttying, degreasing, surface inspection and other steps that help prepare the part for downstream technology.

Assembly and final assembly

For selected orders, we can follow up with assembly, completion or preparation of the part after surface treatment.

Packaging and Shipping

We deal with the protection of the finished part, packaging, atypical pallet or preparation for safe transportation according to the type of order.

Fixtures and atypical parts

When the part cannot be securely gripped, hung, or repeatedly manufactured as standard

For atypical products, the standard method of handling is often not sufficient. We solve how to take over the part safely, hang it, position it, protect it and carry out production so that surface treatment and subsequent operations take place in a controlled manner.

Handling prepared even for heavy and irregular products

For heavier or dimensionally complex parts, we suggest a handling procedure in advance. The goal is safe passage through production, less risk of damage and better continuity of individual steps.

Hanging and positioning by part type

For painting, blasting, metallizing or assembly, how the part is held can make a difference. Proper suspension helps result quality, repeatability and production efficiency.

Fixtures for repeated production

For long-term or repeated orders, it may make sense to prepare a solution that speeds up production, unifies the process and reduces the risk of improvisation at each subsequent batch.

Inspection and documentation

For supporting operations, we focus on process control, repeatability and coordination

Manufacturing operations are not just manual work around the core technology. For technical orders, it is important that they are carried out according to the agreed procedure, that they do not damage the surface treatment and that they are traceable throughout the entire course of the order.

Check before follow-up step

Verifying that the part is ready for further processing, assembly, packaging or shipping.

Finished surface protection

During assembly, handling and packaging, we ensure that there is no unnecessary damage to the finished surface finish.

Repeatability in batches

For repeat orders, fixtures, a clear procedure and control help to maintain a stable result across subsequent batches.

Record and documents for the order

Depending on the requirements, follow-up steps can be included in the overall contract documentation and final inspection.

Manufacturing operations process

How we involve manufacturing operations in order flow

First, we decide whether the follow-up operation will really help the overall progress of the order. We then design the procedure, handling, control and handover so that the operation fits into the whole process.

Fields and Typical Uses

Manufacturing operations for jobs where one technology is not enough

Follow-up production operations make sense mainly for customers who deal with larger parts, atypical products, repeated cooperation, auditability, documentation or more complex passage of the order through multiple technologies.

Rolling stock

Fixtures, assembly, completion, bonding, welding and surface treatments following industry requirements and documentation.

Defense industry

Atypical parts, durable surfaces, job progress control and traceability requirements.

Energy and heavy engineering

Handling of dimensional units, preparation for surface protection, packaging and shipping.

Engineering and industrial production

Repeat orders, series fixtures, assembly steps and stable long-term cooperation.

Medical and special technology

Accuracy, process cleanliness, control and follow-up operations for specific technical fields.

Aerospace and precision engineering

Fixtures, masking, assembly steps and assembly for precision technical parts where cleanliness, repeatability and documentation are decisive.

Typical implementations

Examples of downstream manufacturing operations

For manufacturing operations, it is important to show how they help the entire flow of the job: from fixture and handling to follow-up to finishing to finished part protection and shipping.

Atypical parts

Fixture for safe hanging and processing through production

A solution for the manipulation and attachment of the part so that the surface treatment can take place in a controlled and repeatable manner.

Completion

Assembly steps after finishing

An example of a contract where it was more advantageous to complete a part with one partner instead of passing it on between suppliers.

Packaging and Shipping

Protection of the finished surface during transport

Output packaging designed to keep the finished finish protected until handover to the customer.

Repeat production

Preparing the process for long-term cooperation

For repeat orders, the right fixture and procedure can speed up production and ensure consistent results.

Certification and Trust

We base our production operations on a controlled process and adherence to certified technologies

For demanding orders, the customer does not deal with just one action. He needs to know that the entire process of production, surface treatment, inspection and documentation is held together. Therefore, production operations follow a quality system, certified bonding, welding and order control.

View certifications and exams

ISO 9001

Quality system and controlled processes for long-term B2B cooperation.

EN 17460 – A1

Certified bonding where the follow-up operation requires a clean and controlled process.

EN 15085-2

Certified welding for railway and engineering jobs.

Final inspection

Documents, measurements and documentation according to the requirements of a specific order.

Frequently asked questions

What customers consider before requesting production operations

Can you solve production operations separately or only with painting?+

Manufacturing operations make the most sense as part of a broader order. However, we can assess a separate request according to the type of work, scope, continuity and capacity.

Can you make a jig for an atypical part?+

For atypical parts, we can design solutions for handling, hanging, positioning or repeated production. It always depends on the specific part and the required procedure.

When does it make sense to deal with assembly or assembly at your place?+

When we simplify logistics, reduce the risk of damage to the finished surface or the customer does not want to transport the part to another supplier after surface treatment.

Do you also deal with cooperations?+

Yes, cooperation can be used for selected follow-up works if it helps the overall progress of the contract. But the main part of the process and responsibility must remain clearly managed.

What should we send for a quick assessment?+

Send the drawing, photo of the part, number of pieces, follow-up operations, required deadline and information on whether the order should include surface treatment, assembly, packaging or documentation.
